He graduated in Architecture from the University of Palermo on 03.12.1986 discussing a thesis on a project for an "Urban Park at Capo Peloro between the two lakes of Ganzirri, with the hypothesis of a functional architectural aggregate as a connection system to the future Bridge over the Strait inserted in a modern building system", achieving a score of 110/110.

During the degree course, from 1980 to 1986, and after graduation until 1988 he worked as a tutor at the "Segesta" University College of Palermo, aimed at students of the faculties of architecture and engineering who attended the organized professional training activities by the undersigned, in collaboration with university professors. The aforementioned tutoring activity, linked to university courses, included the organization of numerous conferences and conventions on topics relating to the disciplines of restoration and architectural and urban planning.
Also since 1986, after graduating, he collaborated as a voluntary assistant and tutor in Prof.'s Urban Planning I course. arch. Nicola Giuliano Leone at the Faculty of Architecture of Palermo for the academic years 86/87 and 87/88, doing research and specializing in urban and large-area territorial planning.
Since 1988 he has followed various training courses on the use of IT tools, specializing in particular in the application of CAD and IT representation programs (AutoCad, MAP and Cad Overlay, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Studio, etc.)
Since 1996 he has collaborated with the ISEI company of Catania for the planning of training and advanced training courses that can be included in the financing of the European Social Fund.

He was a fixed-term TUTOR, in 2002, at the Department of Representation and Design of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Messina, in the specialization course for the Restoration of Buildings reserved for engineers and architects. In 2004 he founded the Archè Associated Technical Studiowith which technical structure it operates in the construction, urban planning, restoration and environmental sectors, with even wide-ranging designs and through participation in important international architecture competitions.

In 1987 he began his activity as a trusted technical consultant of the Messina Court of the Bankruptcy, Real Estate Procedures, Civil, Enforcement and Criminal sections at the District Court, receiving important assignments of appraisals and verification of urban planning-administrative procedures.
As a consultant, he has particularly extended his expertise on the aspect of real estate valuations and on urban planning and civil issues.
Since 1987 he has organized his own professional studio in Messina, in an associated form since 2004, and since then he has worked as a freelance architect.
After numerous collaborations and professional assignments, the undersigned has specialized in the field of architectural and urban planning, as well as in the field of restoration and conservative rehabilitation of buildings.
He was a member of the Municipal Building Commission in the municipalities of Nizza di Sicilia and Forza d'Agrò in the province of Messina, Councilor of the Order of Architects of Messina and President of the Architects Foundations in the Mediterranean and today holds the role of President of the Tariffs Commission of Order of Architects of Messina.
